Nature’s Harmony

GrünMagazine_Spring2017_bnb_Photo_1

The sound of sunken footprints echoes in the sand,
And the tears of ocean waves, slippery in your hands.
The smell of tangy air fills the morning glow.
I wonder at its history – a mystery I’ll never know.

And now the breeze shimmies my satin-silk dress,
While the seagulls squawk at an unseen distress.
The ocean’s powerful pulse keeps in time with mine,
And now the sun streams louder, almost as a sign.

I smile at the melodic GUSH, I cannot help but grin –
The sound of nature’s harmony resounds like violins.
A treasure of this present life, a gift for those to share
A loving, beautiful connection, an unceasing love affair.
